• The Time Out India membership is an individual, non-transferable card that has the member's name, membership number and expiry date on it.
• The Time Out India membership does not entitle the member to any credit facilities therefore payment must be made by cash or credit card on presentation of the bill.
• Membership benefits will be extended only upon presentation of a valid and signed membership card.
• The member has to present his valid membership card to the restaurant before asking for the bill
• The membership card and all benefits will be valid for 12 months from the purchase date and the expiry date is printed on the card.
• The benefits mentioned above are subject to change without prior notice.
• Membership benefits are mentioned on the website and the listings on the website shall be the only listing regarding the Time Out partners. • All lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately. An administration fee Rs.500/- will be charged and a replacement card will be issued with the same expiry date.
• Time Out India Membership Fee is non-refundable.
• All disputes, if any, arising out or in connection with or as a result of the Offer or Purchase or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts/ tribunals in New Delhi only, irrespective of whether Courts/Tribunals in any other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
